hi all

i got a problem with windows xp. once i install a program shortcut is placed in start menu like its ment to but as soon as i log off and log back on the shortcuts have dissapeared.

any one able to help.

its my own personal one. as long as links are in folder in start menu they stay but if not they disapear plus my comp link will always appear there but everytime name it it just goes to icon when reboot
